Developing your intuition is one of the greatest gifts you can offer to yourself. When you deepen your intuition, your inner knowing, it enables you to trust yourself, you no longer look for outside approval, outside validation is no longer as important. Decisions that need to be made become easier to navigate, fear is not a driving factor in your life. This gives you freedom to be who you truly want to be.

I love to journal, incorporating junk, bullet & art journaling styles into a spiritual journal that incorporates elements of gratitude, moon cycles, oracle readings, stream of consciousness writing, Goddess & more.
Journaling allows me to keep a track towards my goals while also documenting my journey through this life, recording all the bits of magic & beauty I encounter.
I don’t journal every day, I journal when I want to be creative, have something to record like a dream, meditation or oracle reading & when I feel inspired to.
Journaling is a highly personal thing, but it can be a great past time to share with others, especially in the creation process. My aim is to build a community full of spiritual creatives, meeting once a month to journal with, create with & learn new techniques with.
The idea is everyone brings along a journal they are happy to create in, stick things in, paint in even, with the goal that this will be their spiritual journal. In a way their own grimoire or book of light, a record of your spiritual practices, magical or mystical musings, knowledge & reflections.

With a different Goddess as our focus each month, you get to travel the wheel of the year, through the seasons of the earth & yourself. Using meditation, drumming & ritual to connect to the inner aspects of yourself & Goddess, each evening will be unique & may involve spiritual makes, learning new skills (or awakening old ones), becoming confident in using your voice, getting creative & utilising energy healing techniques.
