Usui Reiki Level One – Beginnings
Usui Reiki Level One is the foundation of your Reiki journey and is first and foremost a practice of self-healing and self-awareness. Developed by Mikao Usui over 100 years ago, this gentle yet powerful system supports you in reconnecting with your inner light, cultivating self-love, and bringing greater balance to everyday life.
Over two immersive days, you’ll learn the core teachings, meditations, and techniques of Usui Reiki, while receiving your first attunement and building a strong, grounded relationship with Reiki energy. You will also learn how to safely share Reiki with family and friends.

- History, principles, and foundations of Usui Reiki
- Self-Reiki and daily practices
- Hands-on Reiki for friends and family

Usui Reiki Level Two – Practitioner Training
Reiki Level Two is a deeper exploration of both Usui Reiki and your own healing journey. This training supports you in stepping into your potential, overcoming fear, and developing the skills and confidence needed to work more effectively with others.
Over two days, we expand your understanding of Reiki practice, focusing on delivering safe, grounded, and meaningful Reiki sessions for clients, friends, and family. This level supports both personal development and professional practice, allowing you—if you choose—to offer Reiki as a practitioner.
Training Covers:
- Conducting Reiki sessions from start to finish
- Creating safe, supportive treatment spaces
- Client care, boundaries, and session structure
- Advanced Reiki techniques
- Harmony, balance, mantra, and symbology
- Attunement, case studies, and practical experience

Usui Reiki Facilitator / Master Practitioner Training
This advanced training is for those ready to step fully into the role of Reiki Practitioner and Teacher. The course refines your skills, deepens your self-healing journey, and supports you in teaching Reiki with confidence, integrity, and authenticity.
Over two days, we focus on your unique strengths and gifts, the responsibilities of teaching Reiki, and the attunement and empowerment process—offering a grounded, supportive pathway into facilitating Reiki for others.
Training Includes:
- Responsibilities of a Reiki Practitioner and Teacher
- Advanced Reiki techniques and applications
- Final attunement
- Learning the attunement and empowerment process
- Teaching Reiki using your individual strengths
- Support with creating your own manuals
- Case studies, partner work, meditation, and spiritual practice

Reiki Shares offer a supportive space to refresh your skills and practice Reiki within a community of like-minded practitioners.
Each share includes a theme or focus for the day, a guided meditation, opportunities to expand your Reiki practice, and time to both give and receive Reiki.
All levels are welcome—whether you are Reiki Level One or Three, returning after a long break, or navigating a lack of confidence. Reiki is meant to be shared. It is meant to build connection and community, and we are all here to learn, grow, and support one another in this shared human experience.
