Reiki is my passion and when you embrace it’s teachings it becomes a way of life, a tool that can bring so much love, support and balance for your mind, body and soul and it’s available to everyone.

Reiki isn’t just about learning to be a holistic practitioner, although this is a beautiful part of it too, it’s about using the teachings, techniques, meditations and mantras to be the best version of yourself.

Reiki re-awakens us to the fact that we are all beautiful and that we are all worthy of self love. When we give ourselves the space to grow, that is when the magic truly begins to happen.

I am an experienced Usui Reiki Teacher and Practitioner, energy worker and teacher of spiritual practices and have been for over 17 years. 

Each course is kept small to insure a friendly, relaxed learning environment to promote exploration of the self and learning tailored around the individual's needs.

Usui Reiki Level One – Beginnings

Developed by Mikao Usui over 100 years ago, Reiki is a system of teachings, techniques and meditations designed first and foremost to help people access their truest self and to live from this best possible version of themselves.
Reiki is a system you can use every day to help you step into self love, climb over the hurdles that get in your way occasionally and most importantly support you through the resolution of past pain and trauma.
This beautiful system also allows you to share the knowledge and techniques you learn, with your family and friends, so they too can benefit from living to their full potential.

I provide a two day course in Usui Reiki, held in small groups so that my students walk away, having had enough practice time of all aspects of the Reiki system so they are confident in their abilities and have the space and time individually to develop.
Training is held at the Silver Web Holistic Centre @ The Old Bank, Eyre Street, Clay Cross, which is a thriving holistic centre offering excellence in health and well-being.

Cost? - £200

The course comes with full certification and manual upon completion.

Usui Reiki Level Two – Practitioner Training

Over this three day course we will delve deeper into Usui, his teachings, techniques and how to use them on your own healing journey.

The cost of training is £300
The course comes with full certification and manual upon completion for which you are then insurable as a Reiki Practitioner.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required to book your place.

Usui Reiki Facilitator Training

Over the course of the three days training we will:

• Look into the responsibilities of a Reiki Practitioner and Teacher.
• Learn how to utilise all of your knowledge and skills.
• Continue your self-healing journey.
• Learn more advanced Reiki techniques and methods useful in the system of Reiki.
• Receive your final Attunement.
• Learn the Attunement and empowerment process.
• Focus in on your strengths and specific gifts.
• Learn how to deliver a Reiki course utilising your strengths.
• Receive help and advice on creating your own manuals.

Reiki shares are a great way to update your Reiki skills and practice Reiki with a community of like minded people.

All Reiki shares include a subject or focus for the day, a meditation, the opportunity to expand your skill set and of course the opportunity to gift and receive Reiki.

It doesn't matter if you are level one or three, haven't practiced in years, suffering with a lack of confidence, all are welcome here. Reiki is meant to be shared, Reiki is meant to build community and we are all here to learn. This is the human experience.
